Burst Weapons Fire Rate Issue? (Video)

So I noticed that fire rate increases on burst weapons are way weaker than full auto weapons (almost by a a half). Here I tried Lash burst weapon and Wraith for the full auto. If my testing and numbers are flawed please let me know. You can check the items I bought in the video if you're interested in recreating this.

Wraith no fire rate items. Took 4.68 seconds to empty the magazine.

Wraith with 100% fire rate increase (can check the buff bottom left). It took 2.34 seconds to empty the magazine, which makes sense because 100% fire rate increase should half the time needed to empty the magazine.

Here is Lash with no items. Took 4.50 seconds.

Lash with 100% fire rate increase. Took 3.39 seconds to empty the magazine (should be 2.25 seconds).

Wraith (2.34/4.68)*100%= 50% of the original time to empty magazine.

Lash (3.39/4.50)*100%= 75% of the original time which means that lash only benefited half of Wraith's amount.

I hope this is not intentional.

that's because lash gun running in burst mode. so there is a delay when he fires again. that's what burst fire means its not fully automatic, there is a delay in every fire. so is the low fire rate boost

can we get a source if this is something intentional or no ? i hope the devs are aware of this for balance properly the game
