I'm kind of happy with this item idea but I want to know what other people think. I can simultaneously see it getting out of hand for a simple 800 upgrade from Monster Rounds, but I also can't imagine it justifiably being more expensive... maybe I'm crazy though.
Initially I was worried it would just be "win more" but honestly if you are ahead enough you don't really need an item to help you "sneak" camps.
Either way, I'm mostly interested on whether people think the concept of Noise Reduction while stealing camps can be healthy at all, because I can see it going both ways.
