Bunny Can Punch (Sinclair)

First time encountering a bunny that can heavy punch , when hexed.
Is this a bug, cheat, quirk?

Unrelated, I have seen people getting out of the doorman cart by jumping while driven/mid-stunned (no counter items available).

A solution could be making the connecting heavy-melee do refused amount of damage.

Hmm , I can't see the quote description on the wiki page.
Anyways, it looked like the punch came half second after being hexed.
Perhaps these triggers need to be adjusted. If there is already a delay telegraphing a rabbit hex AOE, why would there be additional time to get the hex to proc (meaning additional animation of turning into rabbit).
