Bullet spread on guns lose spread when aiming directly up or down.

I've noticed that when you aim directly up or directly down, the bullet spread on heroes with random bullet spread or multiple pellets loses their horizontal spread and only has vertical spread. Looking up/down gradually also reduces horizontal spread.

Affected heroes: Abrams, Billy, Calico, McGinnis, Mo and Krill, Pocket, Shiv, Victor, Vyper, Yamato.

I believe every hero might be affected by this (except for Drifter), but it is very hard to notice on every other hero because of the lack of spread.

This happens with Talon's 2 as well. The arrows converge into one spot the further you look down.
