So when servers are down builds menu doesn't work, but it keeps loading indefinitely and UI seems to be just frozen.
Additionally when that happens, only solution I found was restarting the game, but as servers were down I wasn't able to rejoin.
Expected behavior: Ability to close builds menu when its stuck loading.
I didn't test it to see if its recurring(maybe just UI bugged out at the same moment) because of the unable to rejoin later issue, so it might've been one time thing, hoping someone else can confirm this.
