Builds are missing swapping PC's

Custom builds that are Saved are now missing when i swapped pc's
Yesterday i made some builds but then had to go some other place
Wanted to play deadlock downloaded the game fresh but all of my builds were gone

Is this because when i download the game fresh it had another language other then English?

Tbh on my end my acc won't let me delete builds I subbed to a year ago
