Build duplication

Duplicates are being copied when I publish the build, not sure exactly how that happens. Maybe it's better not to publish it, but this is all unclear. So, if I make changes locally and test them, will it look like that for everyone immediately, or not?

They just broke my build after the patch — it's no longer appearing in popular builds, and it's not being added to auto-purchase either. Other players' builds get added and work fine for me, but this one I have to set up manually, and sometimes it glitches out somehow.
