[Build 4,356] Holding tab and pressing ability key casts ability instead of upgrading it

Previously (before today's patch July 5th 2024), if you held tab and pressed ability key when you had points or ability unlocks it instantly upgraded them or unlocked them, now it is no longer the case and instead mis-casts the ability while the UI is open.

Confirmed on my PC, i don't really know if it's a bug, but i confirm that what you report happens in this version of the game.

Also include buying active items not assigning to the hotkey.

I noticed you have to hold the right key to buy or upgrade instead of tap. So I dunno if this is a bug or was a choice by the devs. Either way it's making a lot of accidental abilities happening at the store
