Bugged matchmaking

I attempted to enter a game and saw match in progress in the top left corner. I attempted to rejoin the game 5-6 times, but was unable to join, so I decided to abandon match. I now have a 1 day matchmaking penalty and have 1 game in low priority matchmaking. I'm not seeing a match ID in my match history, but I can continue to check back.

Is there anywhere I could submit a support ticket in order to remove this ban from my account? I'd really like to play on my day off from work tomorrow. T~T
