Bugged interaction with Soul exchange and lightning scroll

When using Geists soul exchange and not having lightning scroll, and the target has lightning scroll, Geist will trigger the targets lightning scroll. This will only happen the first time Geist uses soul exchange on the target, but if the target sells lightning scroll, it can then happen again. Lightning scroll does not appear in the outgoing damage afterwards. Attached video to show the interaction.

Just a follow up on this, it will actually reapply lightning scroll every time that she has been lightning scrolled.

So geist will proc it on (for example seven) the first time, and cannot proc it again until she has been lightning scrolled herself.
