Simple Bug, simple to reproduce.
If you open the Announcements Window before entering a match and a match starts, you cant interact with the players MIC options, the menu keep on front and doesn't show the X button to close it. You need to quit the match, and close the Announcements Window, and go back to the match to access the teammates mic options.
