tl;dr: if you buy siphon bullets and lucky shot after it, you will do more damage than you should, due to a bug (around 60-80 more dps of TRUE DAMAGE)
To get some context, siphon bullets doesnt do "damage" to the current health. It, how people say, "takes from the top only". Thus you wont see any* actual damage increase, despite what ui might tell you about your damage output.

My theory is that the bug is caused by item priority(like we had with weakening not applying to headshot booster if former was bought after the latter), so I will word it in a way that I believe to be the problem, which might not be the fact.
The bug:
If you buy siphon bullets first and lucky shot after, then your bullet damage will come after siphon bullets health steal, causing it to do damage on top of your bullets, which is the opposite of how it usually works
here's the demo of the bug:

normal shots: 35 (siphbul) + 27(normal bullet damage rounded up with bullet res) = 67-68 (same as hp bar changing 976-913=63 (? some number rounding stuff here))
lucky shots: 35 (siphbul) + 61(normal bullet damage*2.25) = 96 (same as hp bar changing 976-881=95 (+1 from health regen))
notice siphon bullets being in the first slot, and lucky shot in the second.
You can consider outgoing damage to be the same as incoming in the demo, since both geists are exactly the same
in comparsion here's the normal behavior (if you buy lucky shot before siphon bullets):

normal shot: 35 damage - which is just siphbul damage since here bullet damage is lower than siphon bullets' steal
lucky shot: 61 damage - which is just lucky shot
here everything works according to siphon bullets' normal behavior described in *
Also, just in case you think it's because im hitting with and getting hit with siphon bullets simultaneously - no, its not. i tested with a puppet instead, the bug is still there
i dont play haze, but fix this before nerfing her, shes directly benefiting from this bug in late game since she buys both items and, most of the time, in the order that causes this bug.
