[Hero Concept] Lucian Fairfax, Soul-Based Occultist (With some drawings)

i dont really play other pvp games, but ive noticed that a pretty prevalent hero theme in a lot of these games is between siblings. specifically one sibling who has died, and the other living sibling who either is responsible for their death, or feels guilty for their death. pocket is mentioned to have younger siblings, and it would be criminal not to include one of them in the game to get some more insight into what the fairfax family is like, and how people view the fairfaxes outside of pocket.
admittedly this is one of my weaker designs, but i mostly wanted to propose the idea of one of pocket's siblings more than anything.

When the news of Arin Fairfax's death was given to Lucian, he didn't mourn for them at all. In fact, he was ecstatic. Now the eldest and new heir to Fairfax Industries, Lucian was finally able to realise his true potential, finally out of Arin's shadow.

As rumours of Arin surviving the bullet began to circulate around, he was furious. Desperate to make sure that his sibling wasn't going to try and take their place, Lucian decided to put these whispers to rest. To secure his future as the CEO of Fairfax Industries, and to see Arin, now Pocket, dead with his own two eyes, Lucian joined the ritual with the hopes of killing two birds with one stone.

Weapons and Abilities (I don't know how to balance I just draw)
Weapon - Dark Horse
A fast-firing, long range pistol that doesn't have much impact. It finds its value in other ways.

Dark Shroud (1) - Create a wall of obscuring soul that creates a visual barrier. Enemies that walk through it take damage and are temporarily blinded.(This blindness looks the same as it does when you get parried, or get Drifter ulted).
T1 - Duration Up
T2 - Enemy soul is drained when stepped into.
T3 - Slowing effect.

The Gamble (2) - Expend soul to deal extra spirit damage on bullets for a duration. Gain back soul on hit. Gain back less on NPC hit.
T1 - Cooldown reduction
T2 - Increased soul expenditure and gain, plus increased damage.
T3 - Bullets will slightly home on targets.

Trust Fund (3) - 10% of your soul is passively placed into a "Trust Fund" and gains passive interest over time. The trust fund can be opened later on yourself, or on an ally for a barrier equal to your accumulated souls.
T1 - Interest increases by 4/sec.
T2 - Soul orbs and unsecured souls are automatically collected on minion kill.
T3 - Flat barrier increase and AoE damage burst on activation.

Blood Money (4) - Target an enemy before dashing forward to slap them with a wad of cash. Deal burst spirit damage based on the difference between your current amount of unspent soul and the target's unspent soul. A negative difference will heal you instead.
T1 - Cooldown reduction
T2 - Damage/Healing increase
T3 - Soul in your Trust Fund counts towards the damage you deal.

"Charity work during the ritual is going to look great for the press."
"A few souls for a rainy day."
"Money can fix anything."

"I'm about to smack the shit out of people with more money than they've ever seen in their entire lives."
"The difference between the upper and lower class is about to be made crystal clear."

Pocket
"You could change so much about Fairfax Industries and start developing technology that could improve the lives of millions of people around the world instead of taking them away."
"Wishful thinking like that is why you were killed in the first place, Arin."

"If I see another frog come out of that briefcase I'm going to throw up."
"You weren't going easy on me because we're related, right? Because I'm not."

Vyper
"You know your sibling's around tryna act all tough and cool, right?"
"I know. I'm here to tie up loose ends."
"So in a hypothetical where you and Pocket end up in a fight, who am I betting on?"
"If you help me tip the scales I'm willing to slip something under the table, so to speak."
"Now we're talkin' my language!"
"I hate to admit that she's funny, but she's also a menace."
"I hope she isn't after my jacket."

Billy
"Just when I thought one trust fund baby was enough. Big ol' Fairfax decides to shoot out another. Am I gonna have to give you a bandage every time you trip over your shoelaces or something?"
"Billy, I could buy you, your mother and father, and the next five generations of your bloodline, assuming anyone would want to earnestly procreate with someone as stupid and loud as you are. Shut the hell up and focus on the ritual."

Kill Calico
"Aiming was never your strong suit."
"What a worthless assassin."
"Her rates were too high for the shitty quality of her work."
"Maybe now she'll understand how to kill, now that she has firsthand experience of what it's like to die."

Doorman Ult
"Your whole life revolves around impressing your father and outdoing the dead sibling who is somehow still surpassing you in death. Take that all away and you're barely a real person."
"With the assassination attempt of one Fairfax, you're next in line. You couldn't possibly know where it comes from. Tasteless poison in your meal, a strange odorless powder on a letter, perhaps even a gunshot to the head from your very own father. As soon as you step out of the Baroness, all of these realities can and will be true."

Amazing concept! I adore the design and theme behind this character SO MUCH. Love to see old Pocket model elements be present in Lucian's design (most notably the hair and facial structure). Drip is immaculate, beautiful. And then the kit itself really emphasises how much of a spoiled brat he is. I early Deadlock/Shadowline Pocket (back then just named Fairfax) was a little brat as well, so it's nice to see it return in another character, where it fits. I have long been wanting to know more of Pocket's siblings and this could be a perfect way to introduce some family drama. The dialogue would go crazy!
 
Interesting concept, but the 1 and 4 do feel like they belong in this kit.
Paradox already has a wall gimmick and giving someone else her wall but with a blind effect is just not enough of an ability change to be unique.

The concept for the is interesting, but it also reads like a troll ability or it wouldn't fit the hero much. I understand the synergy between the 3 and 4, but what the ability does actually is make it so the character never spends money on anything to maximise the kill power of the 4. Considering the gimmick of the 4, I don't think a player playing Lucian would ever use their 3 on an ally.

You have an interesting concept here, but it the 1 and 4 need to be redesigned.
