Bug with rem tag team

Encountered a bug where tag team just doesn't work, I use the ability and it goes on cooldown but nothing changes with my character. Usually happens when it just is coming off cooldown and I'm using it such as with echo shard. From testing is because I press space very soon after I use the ability, I assume its a bug because if you wanted to cancel it that early you just woudn't use it
