I believe I spotted this discussed prior, though I wanted to post this as well with a full video clip attached of my experience with it.
When using Rem's ability Tag Along on an ally being ulted by Doorman, Rem is normally supposed to be shunted off and removed from the player.
However, using Tag Along at the same moment as the Doorman ult connects will instead cause Rem to latch on and follow regardless. In my experience, I was stuck in a weird limbo state where I could not move or interact.
Thankfully I was eventually brought out with the Billy as seen in the clip. However, other reports mention of being stuck inside the Baroness permanently.
