After reconnecting to the game, I got stuck in this position and couldn't get out.
The location is on the far left of the map.

There is an "unstuck" command in the pause menu. If that doesn't work, there's also a suicide button. Bug reports like this are likely still useful, but you should provide more information, like what you were doing when it happened.

The "Unstick Hero" and "Suicide" buttons do anything in public games, even though they are still present. They were trying to mash them in the first video. This could be considered a bug on its own.

Posting a match ID would probably help, though. It'll still be in your match history.
