In match 72871632, the Kelvin (me) ran into this issue where the game was behaving as if I was holding down the left click button. I just kept firing non stop, could not use spells or items. Disconnecting/reconnecting was the only remedy. (100% certain was not hardware issue)
This was happening towards the end of the match, lasted for several minutes.
