Basic Informations:
Bubblegum is a "slightly" overweight creepy looking serial killer who wears an oldschool black and white stripped prisoner outfit and a machine / gatling gun made of a gumball machine. He is also Sir Locks biggest antagonist.
Playstyle:
Bubblegum is a psychotic violent serial killer. He enjoys the killing with his trademark of bubblegums. Concept wise I imagine him as a tank who goes into the Frontline. With his slowing abilities and his possible execute damage with his ult the enemy team should be frightend to get too close to him.
Abilities:
Ability 1: Stick to it!
Bubblegum throws a Bubblegum bomb to heavily slow enemys If they are within the detonation range. If Bubblegum hits the floor with the bomb, a carpet made of his pink bubblegum will be made, which slows everything within it. If he lands a direct hit on an enemy the hero will get the debuff " sticky ".
If he hits a wall with his bomb the wall will be covered with his pink bubblegum slime. If he uses his his second ability and charges an enemy champion into the bubblegum covered wall the enemy will be stunned and glued to the wall for 1-2 seconds. This also applies a stack of " sticky " on the enemy champion.
Ability 2: Belly bump
Bubblegum charges with his belly into an enemy hero and moves him in the direction he charged him from. This ability is useful to either get rid of a champion or to push him into your own team or to glue him to the wall with a combination of the first ability. Imagine this ability a bit like the belly charging one from Smite with the character Bacchus.
Ability 3: Stick Around
Bubblegum makes a huge Bubblegum bubble. The longer he charges this ability the bigger it gets. If you fully charge the ability the Bubble will exploded and you will be covered in Bubblegum. If Bubblegum now hits within a certain time an enemy champion with his belly charge( ability 2) or with a meele attack he will apply a stack of " sticky " on the enemy hero. The bubble can be shot by enemy heroes. If they can shoot it within the first half of charging, the ability can be cancelled.
Ability 4 : Down with the Stickness:
Bubblegum empties the whole clip of his gun, but not because he is shooting with it but because he is eating all the bubblegums within it. After that he will grow to a bigger hero and his gun will be stored back on his shoulders. He now runs on all fours like an animalistic predator. His other abilities aren't available and his health pool is increased as long as his ultimate lasts. He will now deal extra melee damage , because he only fights with his hands now.
Now the sticky debuff plays an important role because if an enemy has stacks of the sticky debuff ( max 3 stacks) he will deal execute damage on them. If more sticky stacks are applied on an enemy hero Bubblegum can execute them faster ( min health for execute is increased ). The ultimate can't be interrupted but it can be decreased in its power with stuns and sleep shots because the timer of his ult will go on.

Visual I imagine Bubblegum a bit like the "Clown" Character from the Spawn Comics but without the clown aspects and the make up. But he should look like a terrifying and distgusting man. Here I have some pictures from Clown/ Violator from the Internet:
Fun Fact: Because I am a huge fan of Todd McFarlane and his works so I named the Ult of Bubblegum " Down with the Stickness" because its a wordplay to the song "Down with the Sickness" a song by Disturbed. Todd McFarlane did a lot of the cover artworks for Disturbed so I thought it would be a neat detail.
For his gun I imagined something like that: ( also something from the internet ) :

There is not much known about the origins of Bubblegum but there are stories and rumors told about him that spread in the criminal underground like ghost stories about abandoned houses. The most interesting story about him says that he was killed by his young parents because they couldnt afford a child back in the days. Allegedly they used a poisoned bubblegum which he had to chew to kill him and people claim that his soul had returned after with a new family, because the man and woman who could possibly have been his original parents, were his first 2 victims. Regardless of whether the story is true or not the killing never ended there. Bubblegum has killed over 30 People within 5 throughout Great Britain and only could be stopped by one of the worlds best detectives Sir Lock himself.
Bubblegum is a psychotic violent and chaotic beast which only lusts for murder and slaughter. Thats why outside of his killing methods it was very difficult to catch him at all, because he choosed to kill random people on random days and in random cycles. The investigators which dealt with him after he got caught, described him as the purest evil anyone on earth could ever experience.
His victims mostly got killed by suffacation trough substances similar to chewing gum and often got overkilled trough blunt force and a lot of the corpses got cocooned with his bubblegum-esque substance as well.
Bubblegum got locked up in prison but after the events of Sir Locks Curse he dissappeared in probably supernatural way. Thats why most believe that he had something to do with the cursing of Sir Lock.
