broken item self cast with self cast hotkey

My self cast hotkey is Alt. This works with most abilities. However just now with Healing Rite it did not work as expected. The keybinds options say you can press the self cast modifier first and then the ability or vice versa. This worked Viscous' Cube but not for the item. For the item, I need to press the item hotkey first and then the self cast key. The other way around does not work.

Right after the game I tested again in sandbox mode and everything worked correctly. Not sure what was the problem.

Yeah you cant self cast active items on yourself right now if you have actives on quick cast hopefully they fix it, maybe holding down the active button pulls up the option like it would normally so you can use middle mouse.
