in brawl trying to replace an item you upgraded in later in the game downgrades the item and forces you to hit skip item to leave the item selection screen, down grading the item not giving you the one you triad to buy and wasting a lot of time during the last round while trying to figure out if there is anyway out of the screen.

clicked transcendent cooldown + tankbuster
chose to replace enhanced mercurial magnum
got neither the transcendent cooldown or the tankbuster
also the enhanced magnum got downgraded to regular quicksilver
(video also includes the stuck UI that forces you to skip item)
