Brawl Impossible Item Combination

Got Extra Regen, then Enhanced Duration Extender, then got Enhanced Superior Duration with Healing Booster, which gave me the Extra Regen in addition to the upgrades to the prior two items. Should not be possible to have both Extra Regen and Healing Booster.

ive had this happen with extra charge and extra spirit too, seems like you can still get item drops for upgraded items but if it doesnt ssay "upgrade!" then its just an extra duplicate
