I think this fills the parry upgrade people are looking for and provides the "lesser" unstoppable that people have been requesting and suggesting itemized versions of. The cooldown is meant to prevent a dumb looking "parry spam" gameplay where nobody is even punching. It should be about 2 parry timers in length.
