I imagine this being a female boxer type character who has an emphasis on Melee.
Primary fire- Punches forward, sending shockwaves that travel and hit opponents for damage.
Guardbreaker: 1- A lefthanded punch that does damage to opponents in pretty close range, hits will also heal The Boxer. The punch has some recovery before you can begin firing again, you can skip this recovery with a light punch or your 2. If you hit someone whom is parrying, the parry gets canceled immediately, and the hit does extra damage, it also sets the parry cooldown of the hit players to 4.5 seconds. The punch does extra damage to Barrier. This ability can have up to 2 charges, with roughly a 4 seconds cooldown between them with the right item. This ability does not do melee damage.
Float Like a Butterfly: 2- This is a 2 part ability with an initial cast and a recast. You dash backward relative to your cameras direction, leaving a shadowy afterimage where The Boxer just was, this afterimage has "health" that scales over a match, but enemy players can not heal off of it nor steal health from it. The after image cannot be moved by any means. The afterimage can be hit by enemies and it will be destroyed if its health goes to 0. This afterimage can be targeted by targeted enemy abilities.
Sting Like a Bee: 2 recast- You dash forward the same distance that you dashed back and punch in front of you, during the punch animation you can slip a light melee in. The damage of the recast has a bonus amount determined by how much damage the afterimage took, the bonus damage is the majority of it, if the afterimage is still up when you recast, the afterimage disappears early. This ability does Melee damage (at least it does in the normal damage, maybe not the bonus.)
Combo: 3- This is a passive ability. You fill up a meter like Love Bites by hitting enemies with primary fire, or by hitting them with abilities, which fills it more than individual shots from your primary, if you fill it the enemy will be marked, you can pop this mark with melee damage, this includes melee damage from abilities. popping the mark does damage and applies a stacking melee resistance decrease on the enemy, stack decay is reset when new stacks on applied on the enemy.
Knockout: 4- This is an ult with a cooldown on the shorter end, like Grey Talon, or Calico. You do a big wind up punch, the wind up lasts around a second, maybe 1.25 seconds, but within human reaction time. The punch will do big melee damage and stun opponent briefly, giving enough time to light melee an enemy. The ult can be parried, however it can also be canceled by The Boxer with her 2, (Maybe a parry even idk) cancelling does not put the ult on cooldown, meaning it can be instantly cast again. The punch can also be held for as long as you want, like Apollo ult, however the damage on the ult decays as its held, the decay is reset when cancelled. If the ult fails to hit anyone, or is cancelled by an enemy, its cooldown is lower. The Boxer also obtains a barrier when she punches with her ult.
