Boundless Spirit's pre-purchase infocard shows incorrect values

Presumably due to 10% scaling, the infocard shows lower values than what is actually given upon purchase (in this case, 130 turret dps instead of 134, 10.5 heal radius instead of 11 etc).

The reason for this is that it's not accounting for the increase by investment. You can see this with almost any spirit item giving spirit power, it always ends up being more because you hit an investment threshold by buying that item.
