I feel like we lack some choice for boots upgrades.
Selling your T2 boots never feels good.
The T4 upgrade feels like it doesn't even do anything, you are just buying it to spend excessive money.
Builds that include boots usually feel a lot better than stamina builds.

Spell Boots (Purple Item)
-Upgrades from T2 boots into T3.
-Sliding improves recharge time for abilities.

Jump Boots (Green Item)
-Upgrades from T2 boots into T3.
-Can hold crouch for 1s before jumping to do a high jump. (Like in Mario 64)

Fleetfoot (Orange Item)
-Moved up a tier.
-Upgrades from T1 boots into T3 Fleetfoot.
(Reason being this item is generally OP, but is also annoyingly close to regular green boots in terms of usefulness for mobility around map, merging them would be an improvement for slots in my opinion.

T4 Boots
-Raise slow resist from 50% to 60% to make it's effects feel more pronounced. (Cus i barely feel this item's usefulness)

Other misc ideas:
-Let players walljump from wall to wall.
-Boots that reduce time spent in teleporters.
-Boots that reduce fall speed, Pegasus boots?
 
Spell Boots: I really like this idea, i think we need more items that reduce cooldowns but are more interactive than just cdr. There could also be a gun variant which increases firerate while you slide?

Jump Boots: Sort of like cornerboosting but an actual mechanic? Lash is very happy. They could also give longer dash/wall jump, and maybe reduce wall jump fatigue?
 
As Mokuzzai said, the spell boots are very cool idea.
It's very unique and I think it could bring in some interesting play styles.

For Jump boots, I've seen this idea multiple times before and they are also pretty good.

Fleetfoot upgrading from boots and now being T3 sounds interesting, not sure if I like that or not. Personally T3 fleetfoot would entirely kill the item if it doesn't get any upgrades.

The T4 boots need more to them to warrant the big cost. You could do a merged items situation and have it so you craft it with multiple items.
