Bloodletting shows all damage as bullet damage

In the incoming damage tab, Shiv's bloodletting reports all damage taken as bullet damage. In the attached example, the only damage Shiv had taken was from kudzu. But the deferred damage from it shows up as bullet damage, which skews the incoming damage chart and makes it much harder to interpret as shiv.
