Blood tribute self damage counts as enemy hero damage while burrowing

This results in a net loss in movespeed while using the item (as you lose movespeed while taking damage in burrow) and has been a bug for as long as the item has existed. Would be nice if this was corrected so me and my fellow Mo and Krill enjoyers could properly utilize the item.
