Whenever you deal damage, store one Sacrament stack.​
Active (26s Cooldown):
Consume all stacks, providing healing over time and movement speed to you and your nearby allies

  • 20 Max stacks
  • 2.5m/s Movement Speed
  • 30m Active Radius
  • 5.5s Regen Duration

Practically a bizarre union between Heroic Aura and Restorative locket. Rewards consistent aggressive play with a relatively powerful heal and movement speed increase.
 
I thought it was a recent post. I don't remember exactly what was with items at the time of publishing this post, but maybe I would miss some of the context.

The idea is good. There's should be some support item that would make participating in battles rewarding.

However, it's too similar to Healing Nova and potentially loses to it in terms of usefulness. Currently, if you continuously deal damage, it would take you 33 seconds (23.1 with Transcendent Cooldown) to fully charge an item. Players that build into supports usually have that Transcendent Cooldown to heal more often, so with it Healing Nova takes 42 seconds to cooldown. But, it doesn't require anything from you. In order to maximize benefits from this item, you need to be constantly be in the combat and deal damage, which is difficult.

We could get another AOE healing item for sure. But it should be different to use. My suggestion is that item would charge too, but by portion of spirit damage, that you deal. So more damage you deal, more heal you can deliver to team. Like Inhibitor/Vampiric Burst, but you accumulate healing for others. Obviously, there's should be some limits.

There were some suggestions of item that would transform carries into supports. This item could be that case.
