Interesting item, but not really necessary. Audio queues will give enemies trying to steal jungle away if you're paying attention.

Yea this item seems a wash but I was angling for it to be used for jungle ambushes. I feel like people are too comfortable farming jungle at the moment and wanted to have a way to keep em on their toes

With reduced lane space comes reduced map vision.

I find that there needs to be more ways to generate vision on the map. I'm thinking something that reveals enemies on the mini map and that you can hit a key to swap to it's PoV like you can with allies.

Not purchaseable wards, but something needs to happen. Jungle shouldn't be as safe as it currently is.

How about making unclaimed souls actually weigh you down lol, like the more you have the slower you are. adds some risk to hogging the camps

Maybe not reduced movespeed, but having a larger bag could maybe make your Sprint speed take longer to come online.

They just massively buffed Sprint speed by making it come online only .5s after taking or dealing damage to only NPCs (heroe damage is still longer, but not as long as it was).

You could make it so that the more unconfirmed souls you have the longer it takes your Sprint speed to activate (up to the 4s it takes against enemy heroes).

That's not bad, It also just came to me that camps could deal extra damage to you proportional to the amount, or take less damage (or both)

OH or maybe unsecured souls don't decrease unless you kill lane creeps and use their souls to launder the unclaimed ones.

Nah, I wouldn't affect damage. The sprint speed makes it hard enough to rotate through the jungle and makes you an easier target the longer you spend there, which makes it more valuable to go hunting in the jungle for people trying to farm.

Add to that the fact that good players can track you by which markers on the mini map are disappearing and if you make it take too long to clear camps you just eliminate it as a viable option. Reducing sprint speed just means that players don't have to be quite as on the ball to catch you with a sweet bag to steal.

In that case I think dash distance and/or stamina Regen should be affected as well
