Blocked for playing on the Grey Talon

I played 6 matches for Grey Talon and got a frog and a permanent ban, but I'm not using any cheats. I've learned that you can get a ban for heroes like Grey Talon, Drifter, Shiv, and Doorman (the anti-cheat gives false bans for Grey Talon), but it doesn't seem to affect other heroes. Yoshi, please help me understand this.

no, I cleaned all the data from main when I created a new account, it was clean, without any marks about the old account, the ban is not for smurf, but for playing on the talon- more precisely for the owl on the talon. You can look at all the matches and see that on the other heroes, the number of matches is more than for the talon, since on the 6th match for the talon, I was given a frog when I launched the owl
