He is obvious cheater, and also he told us that he has supercheat that disabled reports, voting and turning into a frog in the server.
Hope he'll get banned and his matches would not influence the rating.
Seems really advanced, people were even accusing him of hacking but they were probably just being prejudice because he was speaking russian lol.
