Bind Left Alt to crouch, jump, melee etc... not working after patch(07-04-2024 Update)

I usually use Left ALT to crouch, but after the last patch(07-04-2024 Update) it stopped working. I can bind but it simply doesn't work in game.

you need to change the self cast mode to modifier button and change modifier button to any else except left alt, after that ur left alt key are open for any binds, also after that u can change back ur self cast mode
