Billy's Rising Ram doesn't hit Grey Talon if Talon is using his ult

If Grey Talon is steering his owl, then Grey Talon is immune to Billy's Rising Ram and is not carried with Billy, knocked up, or damaged by the ability. Billy will pass through GT and perform the knockup at the end of the ability's range as if he hit nothing. It is sometimes replicable in the practice range, but not 100% of the time and I cannot figure out why it sometimes happens and not others. It occurs at 24:28 in this game: 41315471

+1, more a bug with GT than with rising ram, ALL THE TIME abilities don't hit an ulting GT properly.

Nothing hits Talon when using owl. Why aren't you testing anything at all in sandbox? He has like 99% all dmg res and is completely immune to every single effect in the game and has been since forever.
