Billy's Blasted does not apply Wrecked to Troopers, despite applying it to all other NPCs. Unsure if a bug or intentional. If the latter, might be worth specifying in the ability description.

100% intentional, would be stupidly broken if it worked on troopers in lane, should definitely be mentioned in the ability though
