Billy Melee Interaction with Reloading

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or not, but billy's light melee doesn't pause his reload. His 1 also completely cancels his reload.

Billy Light melee restore 35% ammo from maximum value.

But if you light melee twice when you reload, you restore full ammo before reload ends

Yeah it skips a third of the reload. I think this behavior may have broke the usual reload pause, though it isn't actually connected to the passive. Even without a point in 3 Billy can light melee while reloading without incurring any penalty
