Bill the Bulletfist
-A crowd control/melee centric character that can modify bullet behavior.

1: Piercing Gust
-Send a short ranged "wind" blast forward which moves and then lingers for a 1s.
-This wind blast knocks enemies back a small distance and deals a small damage.
-It's a cylinder hitbox.
-The cone redirects all bullets it comes into contact with and turns them into your bullets.
-The converted bullets will redirected back at the enemy if they hit the gust wall.
-Redirected bullets deal 30% extra damage.
-The wind cone will continually push enemies at it's lingering destination, meaning you could possibly trap someone up against a wall if they stood in a corner.
Cooldown 14s.
Level 1: Reduces cooldown by 5 seconds.
Level 2: Redirected bullets deal an additional 25% damage.
Level 3: Increases the size of the cone by 50% and lingers for an additional 0.25s longer.
2: Bullet Freeze
-When activated your bullets slow down the further they go, after reaching maximum distance (which is not far) they turn blue and freeze in place for 3 seconds.
-In this frozen state they still remain active and enemies that touch them take damage and get slowed by frost.
Level 1: Increases slow effect by 20%.
Level 2: Bullet size increased with distance up to 50%.
Level 3: Bullets also freeze upon impact with terrain.
3: Vacuum Fist (passive)
When performing a heavy melee attack, your attacks create a cone (basically double the melee range) that vacuums enemies towards your fist.
Heavy melee attacks becomes enhanced with bonus damage and causes a short slow dizziness (slow).
Cooldown 15 seconds.
Level 1: Increases slow duration by 0.3 seconds.
Level 2: Reduces cooldown by 5 seconds.
Level 3: Heavy melee attacks come out 20% faster.
4: Bullet Time
Think Neo in the movie Matrix
-Activate to slow down bullect velocity of enemy bullets around you and greatly increasing your bullet resist for 10 seconds.
-You can actively dodge most bullets while it's activated as long as the enemy haven't invested heavily into bullet velocity.
Level 1: Each hit in bullet time increases spirit resist for 4s.
Level 2: Greatly reduces bullet velocity of nearby bullets.
Level 3: Bullets that reach zero velocity are frozen and become yours.

Laning Stage: You would primaly use bullet freeze to make enemies try to move in predictable ways while actively dodging your frozen bullets. Vacuum fist would make them purposefully avoid going into short range, where you trade favorably just using light melee attacks to bait out parries. Before using vacuum fist to deal killing blows.
Scaling:
-Has spirit scaling on melee attacks.
-Gains mostly bullet resist per level. Has generally low spirit resist.

This kit allows you to make a bunch of combos.
1 Freeze enemy bullets in bullet time > send them back with bullet wave
2 Shoot enemy with bullets > bullets get frozen in place > warp stone in where your bullets got frozen > bullet wave the frozen bullets onto the escaping target
3 Shoot bullets that freeze in place > be on top of frozen bullets > vacuum fist enemies into bullets
4 Freeze a bunch of bullets with max bullet time and then redirect them with bullet wave
5 Knock enemies back with bullet wave into bullets that you have frozen against a wall
6 When bullet freeze is used in a mid-range it's hard for the enemy to keep track of bullets that freeze in place right behind them. So if they back off they could possibly walk into a lot of "land mines". Additionally you could push them back into these land mines using Piercing Gust.
