Been banned since august of 2024

I've been banned late 2024 for toxicity before they added proper punishments, granted shouldn't be toxic and trust me playing on my old computer i was a gentlemen after learning my lesson but i'd like to play the game at more then 60fps. What can i do to get unbanned from the game because it's not a vac ban/game ban it's a hardware id uninvite I get "permanently banned" text when i have a new account/any account on this PC. I've reached out in private DM's and ignored. So please genuinely need someone to reconsider so i can play this amazing game at a decent frame rate.

My main account was permanently banned 2 years ago for typing FF in game chat 20+ times during a game. I login every 4-6 months on that account to see if its lifted. Still not lol. Doubt devs will ever remove those. Luckily its really easy to play again. I wrote a script for Windows and for Linux 2 years ago so I could keep playing. You just need a new steam account that has access. You can PM me for more details.
