Pre-condition: User choose Bebop as playable character. Sticky bomb ability is unlocked
Notes: Bug reproduce on Sandbox & Game matches
Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to use "Sticky bomb" on yourself (M3 by default)
2. Observe unavailabillity this action
Actual result: After click on ability "Sticky bomb" swos error "no target" if you click on M3 - nothing happened
Expected result: After click "Sticky bomb" and click M3 Bebop can cast "Sticky bomb" on yourself like in description of this skill
