Bebop's self damage is mitigated by spirit resistance

Someone in the Night Shift discord pointed out Bebop probably has that thing Victor used to have where he can negate his own self-damage with spirit res items. I tested it and he sure does.

We've already established from Geist and Victor that self-damage is not mitigated, should probably fix that real quick.

Has she? I thought hers was HP removal and not spirit damage. My god they really need to figure out how they want self-damage to work before launch.
