Bebop's bomb can be placed on Spirit Snare (new Grey Talon trap)

I'm not sure if Bebop could place a bomb on the old Grey Talon's trap, but after the recent patch and a rework of the trap it is possible, but the bomb does nothing and goes on cooldown. It is NOT a Hero Sandbox bug, it works the same in an actual match.
