Bebop ult & Spirit Burn damage bug

Was playing around with Bebop ult builds in the test area, and came across strange interaction with Spirit Burn and Bebop ult. As shown in video, damage with Bebop ult drops off dramatically after explosion from Spirit Burn activates.

Alright, looked at it

There isn't really any bug, this is only because of the dummy, since you reduce it to near 0 HP

The game doesn't tell you about overkill damage.

The dummy manages to heal ~9 hp between each damage tick, which is why it shows you as dealing 9 damage per rick.

In a normal situation you'd still do the correct damage.
