Bebop Sticky Bomb bug

When using Sticky Bomb Bebop does not get the first part of souls. I don't know if it's a bug, but with other characters the farming skill works correctly.

After 10 minutes you stop getting souls on kill, and the entire soul value goes into the soul orb (makes it more important to confirm a orb in the presence of an enemy)
