Bebop bomb stacks are amplifying ALL of his damage and debuffs he causes, even items it seems. Here's the match ID where we found this: 53727472
The screenshot also shows his damage after the match, he was dealing over 2k dps with his ult and his uppercut dealt over -150% fire rate. Items like spirit burn, toxic bullets and pretty much any other item with scaling is bugged right now.
EDIT: After further testing, it seems to be only visual.
