Bebop + McGinnis pre-round vo broken, response rules missing

At the start of the round, mcginnis will prompt bebop with the pre-match banter and then the conversation ends abruptly. Obviously there is meant to be more since the vo exists.

generated_response_rules_hero_bebop.vrr_c

is missing the line(s) (presumably):

m_name = "Bebop_match_start_convo_Forge_01"

We can see that it exists in mcginnis' though:

generated_response_rules_hero_forge.vrr_c

has:

m_name = "Forge_match_start_convo_Bebop_01"

and

m_name = "Forge_match_start_convo_Bebop_02"
