Bebop gets more bomb stacks from spirit power

The last update made Bebop's bomb damage scale with spirit power, but he now also gets more bomb stacks from spirit, meaning that his bombs scale twice and deal much more damage than intended.

- Bebop: Sticky Bomb base damage reduced from 100 to 75
- Bebop: Sticky Bomb T2 damage reduced from 63 to 60
- Bebop: Sticky Bomb Spirit Scaling increased from 1.1 to 1.5
- Bebop: Sticky Bomb per hero hit from 1.5% to 1% + 0.0025% Spirit Scaling
- Bebop: Sticky Bomb per hero kill from 4% to 2.5% + 0.015% Spirit Scaling
- Grey Talon: Rain of Arrows cooldown reduced from 35s to 30s
- Grey Talon: Rain of Arrows T3 now also grants...

The number you see on bebop's bomb is the amount of bonus damage, not the actual "stacks"

So with the most recent changes, since scaling increases damage per stack, the bonus damage is applied retroactively to previous stacks.

Thanks, but why does this happen though? Shouldn't it be 203 + 14 = 217? 231 is 203 + 28 so it's being counted twice

Bebop's stacks are actually % damage and not flat damage, amping the final damage of the bomb. So 200 damage with 14 stacks would be 200 +14% = 200 + 28
