Bebop Fast spin-uptime does not always apply.

Bebop's second upgrade for Exploding Uppercut gives him Fast Spin-Up Time for his weapon. This speed increase does not apply if the attack button was held before the punch action. Example: Landing a hook, holding m1 and then punching will keep the normal slower wind-up.
