File is broken, re-export it as h264, the h265 option does not work.

Works for me and it comes from steam recording so if valve themselves can't play a file their software generated it's gg I'm afraid, unlucky go next

That is indeed the case, you need to export it as 264 if you want the forum to be able to read the video properly. Or any video editing software.
