Bebop bomb deals double damage

I was playing Paige. A creep with a bomb landed on me, and I took 1000 damage instead of 600.
Bepop also got 2 stacks, but that can be attributed to the fractional percentages.

He can't deal THAT much damage. You can check it out yourself in the gameplay replay =)

P.S. I compressed the video and added it here with explanations in Russian.

I found the issue

Bebop's bomb explodes "twice" if the target dies from the explosion.

Presumably since the bomb is supposed to explode if the target dies regularly.

TO CLARIFY, YEAH THIS SEEMS LIKE A BUG AND A PRETTY BIG ONE SINCE IT LITERALLY DOUBLES YOUR BOMB DAMAGE, AND CAN EASILY BE USED ON CREEPS TO DO THAT
