Banned from qeue for long loading time?

Repeatedly over the last few days i've attempted to start a match, been met with a very long loading screen, and then the loading screen has ended with me back in the apartment and having not entered the match at all only to find that ive been banned. My system is very much capable of playing the game as ive had many games start without issues before this. I understand that the game is in early testing and wouldnt be frustrated were it not for the fact that the game is accusing me of leaving early when not only did I not leave of my own free will, I never even entered the match in the first place.

Even if any troubleshooting *could* be done on my end I cant do that because testing to see whether a change in my settings fixed it is impossible without being able to start a game, and every time this happens the ban time gets longer.

Also, I'm not even allowed to play games against bots for some reason?! Why does that even happen?

I've gotten multiple friends into this game recently and now I can't even play with them.

The main issue here is the technical one, I shouldnt be blamed for leaving games when the system itself forced me out. But if the system is unable to tell the difference between someone being booted out of the qeue for technical issues vs leaving on purpose, there shouldn't be a ban from playing the game linked to leaving early in the first place and players should just be put in the lower priority qeue. This is actively rendering the game unplayable and I'm tempted to just stop bothering with it at this point.

Just had the same issue :(

Update: I've been able to play normally again without the bug happening, apparently loading into explore nyc mode first somehow fixes it, maybe the map isnt preloading properly somehow so actually loading it up fully beforehand fixes it? idk, im not good with tech.

HOWEVER. I played again earlier today, no problems, won a match, powered the game down. Then a couple of friends invited me to play, and I couldn't, because apparently in the time between that earlier match and now ive somehow been banned for an ENTIRE DAY?! I know it cant be for bad interactions because other than telling people they've done a good job or that they got a good kill or something i dont ever really use the chat at all, and I never use the mic.

Considering my previous issues im wondering if the software used to ban people is just not working as intended at this point.
