Banned for leaving a game that never started

Banned because severs went down while queueing, game never started or let me rejoin and had to abandon. Banned for 6 hours! 6 hour ban for leaving a match that never started is actually insane.

Same here, had an issue with game crashing while match started, 6 HOURS! Seriously need to lower the time its insane.

My internet blipped right after I hit join que and i got a 15 minute ban. I didn't even see a match start... Im fine with waiting just hope this isnt the way it is supposed to behave.

Game keeps crashing and then I am getting bans because of the crashes even though I come back... Nothing I can do if the game is crashing
